Corporate Personhood

I remember as a kid in the early 1970s seeing my local NBC affiliate 

run a statement that  in seeking license renewal they provided a public 

good such as the following education or public policy programming.

I haven't seen this in years.  It seems that there is no accountability for 

broadcasting licenses.  A few giant corporation now own our airwaves 

& cable bandwidth to sell us wars based on lies.
